Jim BostonMr. Boston graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. He attended South Texas College of Law - Houston on an advocacy scholarship. He was a briefing attorney for Houston’s Fourteenth Court of Appeals. He is a seasoned “AV” rated trial lawyer with nearly 40 years’ experience. He is listed in Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers for upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
Mr. Boston defends medical liability cases and represents healthcare professionals before their various state licensing boards. He has been a requested speaker at law schools, professional liability insurance conferences, and State Bar sponsored medical malpractice seminars. He has been consistently listed among Americas Best Lawyers since 2007. He has been named Best Lawyers Medical Malpractice Defense Law - Houston “Lawyer of the Year” three times. Mr. Jones earned his B.B.A. in Marketing from Southern Methodist University. He graduated from Houston's Thurgood Marshall School of Law. He practiced general civil litigation emphasizing employment, contract, real estate, and business law before joining Boston & Hughes, P.C. in 2022. He enjoys reading, jogging and painting.
