Matthew B. E. HughesMr. Hughes’s courtroom successes are demonstrated by three honors: (1) he is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization; (2) he is an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates; and (3) he is rated AV-Preeminent as a trial lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Hughes has defended hundreds of physicians in cases involving alleged medical malpractice and in matters before the State Medical Board. He also handles health law matters and employment matters, including employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and trade secret protection.
