Mr. Boston is a seasoned AV rated trial lawyer whose practice interests include professional liability cases, employment matters, and physician representation before the state medical board. He is also listed in Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition, The Best Lawyers in America, Texas' Best Lawyers and the Martindale Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers in the area of Medical Malpractice law. He has represented numerous physicians and a variety of hospitals and adjunct health care professionals in complex medical liability cases involving brain damage, death, paralysis, and disfigurement. Mr. Boston has defended attorneys and insurance professionals in cases of alleged professional malpractice, has defended products liability cases, and has represented franchisees in disputes involving breach of contract, tortious interference and fraud. He is an accomplished trial and appellate lawyer, a trained mediator; and has been a guest speaker at the Texas Judicial Conference, South Texas College of Law, University of Houston Law Center, Texas Medical Liability Trust Defense Counsel Seminar, and the SBOT Advanced Medical Malpractice Seminar.

Mr. Boston attended law school on an advocacy scholarship. He was on two regional championship teams, was a national finalist and international semifinalist, and was a recipient of the Warren P. Cunningham Award for National Appellate Advocacy. His interests include weight training, motorcycles, martial arts, and spending time with his family. He is married, with three daughters.
