Trial experience includes eight jury trials in which I have conducted voir dire, given opening statements, conducted witness examination and argued the jury charge. Seven trials resulted in defense verdicts and one resulted in settlement before the jury deliberated.
Assisted in multi-million dollar settlement in the case of an employee burned over 90% of his body while driving home from his last day of work.
Other experience includes defending state board complaints, non-compete agreements, preparing employee handbooks, and advising clients on matters of health law and employment law.
