Matthew B. E. Hughes is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  He is an AV-rated trial lawyer and has defended hundreds of physicians in cases involving alleged medical malpractice.  Mr. Hughes also handles employment law matters.  He has defended employers accused of sexual harassment and counseled employers and employees on their rights under state and federal law. He enjoys appellate advocacy and has argued numerous cases to the appellate courts.  Five of his cases have been reported in the Southwestern Reporter.

 

Matthew also also makes presentations on medical and employment law issues.   Recent presentations include:
